1. Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and drive the execution of our core application engineering projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in modern cloud and software development technologies, combined with proven project management expertise in an Agile/Scrum and DevOps setting. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, strategic planning, and leadership to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions on the Azure/AWS / On-Prim Cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery:

Lead the entire project lifecycle from planning and estimation through execution, deployment, and post-launch support, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and the technical team.

Manage and prioritize the product backlog, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews,



and retrospectives.

Technical Oversight & Execution:

Serve as the technical liaison between the development team and business stakeholders, capable of understanding and articulating complex technical requirements and constraints.

Actively engage in technical discussions, providing guidance on architecture, design patterns, and best practices across the technology stack.

Identify and mitigate technical and project risks proactively.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

Mentor and coach the engineering team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.

Manage cross-functional dependencies and communication with product, operations, and other engineering teams.

Provide regular and transparent project status updates to the Application Engineering Head and executive leadership.
