About the Role

Task Force Interiors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out to lead end-to-end project execution from planning and mobilization through successful handover.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in interior fit-out project execution, client coordination, planning, budgeting, quality management, resource management, and team leadership .

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects within approved time, cost, quality, and safety parameters .
2. Develop and monitor project schedules, execution plans, milestones, manpower, and resource requirements.
3. Manage day-to-day site execution in accordance with approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements .
4. Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, PMC teams, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments .
5. Monitor project budgets, costs, variations, change orders, procurement schedules, and resource utilization.
6. Ensure timely availability of materials and monitor vendor/subcontractor performance.
7. Lead Site Engineers, Supervisors, Safety Officers, and other project execution teams.
8.



Ensure adherence to quality standards, HSE requirements, contractual obligations, and client specifications .
9. Conduct project review meetings and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
10. Manage snagging, testing, commissioning, final inspections, documentation, and successful project handover.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering , Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline .

Experience:

Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience , preferably handling large-scale commercial, corporate, healthcare, hospitality, or similar interior fit-out projects .
