Project Manager - Interior & Turnkey Projects.
Location: Chennai (Reporting)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead interior and turnkey projects independently from estimation to completion.
- Manage project finances, billing, and prepare financial reports.
- Conduct site visits, update status, and ensure compliance with safety/building codes.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Lead project teams and foster collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Must have 4+ years of experience in Interior, Corporate, and Turnkey projects.
- Must be willing to relocate to project sites as required.
