Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to plan, manage, and successfully deliver IT projects. The ideal candidate should have robust project management, client communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and other team members.
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide regular updates.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and take appropriate action.
- Conduct regular team meetings and project status reviews.
- Manage client expectations and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Prepare project reports, documentation,



and status updates.
- Ensure project quality and follow company processes and standards.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Good understanding of web/mobile development projects.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar is preferred.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Management, or a related field.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
