About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, execution, and timely completion of interior design and turnkey projects.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the complete project lifecycle, coordinating with clients, designers, contractors, vendors, and site teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered within the approved scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Execution

- Plan, manage, and execute interior projects from project initiation to handover.
- Prepare project schedules, execution plans, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Monitor day-to-day project progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Identify project risks, delays, and dependencies and take corrective action.
- Ensure smooth coordination between design, procurement, production, and site execution teams.

1. Site & Execution Management

- Supervise and monitor site execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, furniture, and other interior works.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
- Ensure proper sequencing and coordination of various trades.
- Resolve site-related technical and execution issues.

1. Client & Stakeholder Coordination

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
- Conduct regular project review meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, changes,



and expected completion dates.
- Manage client expectations and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

1. Vendor & Contractor Management

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Evaluate work progress and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor material deliveries and ensure availability of materials at site.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to avoid project delays.
- Verify contractor measurements, work completion, and billing-related documentation.

1. Cost & Budget Control

- Monitor project costs against the approved budget.
- Track variations, additional works, and client-approved changes.
- Review BOQs, estimates, measurements, and vendor quotations where required.
- Minimize wastage, rework, and unnecessary project expenses.
- Coordinate with the commercial/accounts team for project billing and payment milestones.

1. Quality & Safety

- Ensure all work is executed according to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct quality inspections at various stages of execution.
- Ensure rectification of defects and punch-list items.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain proper project documentation and records.

1. Project Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain project schedules, MOMs, progress reports, site reports, and project trackers.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.
- Track project milestones,



pending activities, material status, and manpower requirements.
- Maintain records of approved drawings, revisions, variations, and site instructions.
- Prepare snag/punch lists and coordinate final project handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, turnkey projects, commercial/residential interiors, hospitality, retail, or similar projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior execution and construction processes.
- Valuable understanding of drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project schedules.
- Strong vendor, contractor, and manpower management skills.
- Excellent client coordination and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, or other project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously.

- Project execution within approved budget.
- Quality and defect/rework control.
- Client satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Effective vendor and contractor performance.
- Site safety and compliance.
- Accurate project reporting and documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be a hands-on project professional with strong experience in interior execution and the ability to independently manage projects from planning through final handover. The candidate should be comfortable working at project sites, coordinating multiple teams, handling client requirements, and resolving execution challenges under tight deadlines. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
