? Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in high-rise residential and commercial construction projects . The ideal candidate will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex high-rise developments, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, budget, and timeline requirements.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project management of high-rise construction projects.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment.
- Manage site operations, supervise construction teams, and resolve on-site issues.
- Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive timely completion of milestones and handover of completed projects.

?️ Required Skills & Competencies





- Strong knowledge of high-rise construction techniques, structural systems, and MEP integration .
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

? Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in high-rise projects .
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale residential/commercial towers.
- Familiarity with RERA compliance and local regulatory frameworks (preferred for India-based projects).
- PMP certification or equivalent is an added advantage.
