Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role for Canada Opportunities, based in Canada.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end coordination of immigration and visa-related projects, ensuring timely and accurate processing of client applications. Daily responsibilities include planning project timelines, monitoring progress, managing documentation, and liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders such as consultants, clients, and authorities. The role involves identifying and resolving bottlenecks, improving process efficiency, and maintaining compliance with Canadian immigration regulations and company standards.





The Project

Manager will also support client communication, provide status updates, and contribute to continuous improvement of project workflows and service quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely movement of documents and tasks across teams and agencies.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review application files, documentation, and processes for accuracy and compliance.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize, track, and streamline the flow of information and resources related to immigration projects.
- Experience in immigration consulting, legal services, or related domains is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, law, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and maintain a client-centric approach.
