Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and organized Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and monitor projects from start to completion. The candidate will work closely with internal teams, clients, and management to ensure projects are delivered on time and as planned.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with different teams and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare project schedules, timelines, and task assignments.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Communicate with clients and understand project requirements.
- Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and project priorities.
- Identify project issues and coordinate with the concerned teams to resolve them.
- Conduct regular project follow-ups and team meetings.
- Maintain project documents, reports, and records.
- Ensure the quality of project deliverables.
- Coordinate with the content, design, technology, and operations teams as required.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Requirements




- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in EdTech, Media, IT, Digital Marketing, or similar industries.
- Experience handling client projects.
- Ability to prepare project reports and presentations.
- Basic understanding of digital, creative, or technology-based projects.
