We are seeking a driven and detail oriented Design Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping high precision, mission-critical systems for the semiconductor industry. /n Key Responsibilities: /n Project Planning & Execution /n /n

- Lead end-to-end project execution ensuring delivery within timeline, cost, and scope

/n

- Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and execution plans

/n

- Monitor daily/weekly progress and ensure alignment with project targets

/n

- Identify execution risks and implement corrective and preventive actions

/n /n Coordination & Stakeholder Management /n /n

- Act as the single point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams

/n

- Coordinate effectively with design, procurement, and site execution teams

/n

- Conduct regular review meetings and progress discussions

/n

- Ensure smooth communication across all project stakeholders

/n /n Resource & Team Management /n /n

- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and resources effectively

/n

- Lead and guide site teams, engineers, and contractors

/n

- Monitor team productivity and ensure effective utilization

/n

- Mentor junior engineers and build a performance-driven team environment

/n /n Project Monitoring & Control /n /n

- Track planned vs actual progress and highlight deviations

- Ensure timely submission of reports, MIS, and client updates

- Manage project budgets and cost control at execution level

- Handle scope changes and variation management

/n /n Quality & Safety Management /n /n

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications

/n

- Monitor execution to minimize rework and errors

/n

- Enforce safety practices and compliance at site

/n /n Issue Resolution & Decision-Making /n /n

- Identify and resolve site-level challenges and bottlenecks

/n

- Take timely decisions under pressure to avoid project delays

/n

- Escalate critical issues with proper mitigation plans

/n /n Basic Industry Exposure (Photovoltaic Cell / Semiconductor): /n /n

- Basic understanding of industrial project environments (Photovoltaic Cell / Semiconductor / similar)

/n

- Awareness of project workflows, site execution challenges, and coordination needs

/n

- No deep design knowledge required — focus is on execution and management

/n /n Qualifications and Skills : /n /n

- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)

/n

- 8–12 years of experience in project execution / project management roles

/n

- Strong experience in planning, coordination, and site execution

/n

- Familiarity with tools like MS Project / Excel for tracking & reporting

/n

- Good understanding of resource planning and progress monitoring
