Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic Project Manager + Business Development Executive/Manager to handle EV charging infrastructure projects from lead generation and client coordination through installation, commissioning, and project closure.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Plan, execute, and monitor EV charging station installation projects from start to completion.

Coordinate with customers, vendors, electrical contractors, technicians, and internal teams.

Manage site surveys, electrical requirements, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.

Prepare project schedules, track timelines, costs, materials, and manpower.

Ensure projects are completed within the agreed time, budget, quality, and safety standards.

Resolve site issues and provide regular project updates to management.

- Maintain project documentation, reports, BOQs, work orders, and completion records.

Business Development

Identify and generate new business opportunities for EV chargers and charging infrastructure.

Develop relationships with fleet operators, commercial establishments, property owners, corporates, dealerships,



and other potential customers.

Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and prepare suitable proposals/quotations.

Coordinate with the technical team to prepare BOQs, project estimates, and commercial proposals.

Negotiate with clients and support the sales process until order closure.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up on leads and proposals.

- Identify opportunities for EV charging station installation, AMC/O&M;, and related services.

Qualification & Experience

B.Tech / Diploma / MBA / equivalent qualification.

1-6 years of experience in project management, business development, electrical infrastructure, EV charging, or a related field.

Experience in EV chargers, electrical installations, or infrastructure projects will be an advantage.

Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
