Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Manager to lead our commercial and industrial construct on projects from initial groundbreaking to final handover. In this role, you will manage large-scale developments, including warehouses, manufacturing facilities, complexes, and office structures. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and under budget, while serving as the main point of contact for clients, architects, subcontractors, and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Leadership: Manage the complete lifecycle of commercial and industrial builds, establishing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Site Development & Utilities: Oversee heavy earthwork, grading, deep foundations, structural concrete, and complex underground utility installations.
- Financial Oversight: Generate accurate cost estimates, manage projects within budgets, monitor cash flow, and manage the subcontractor billing and change-order process.
- Contract Administration: Negotiate terms and award contracts to specialty industrial and commercial subcontractors.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with structural engineers, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordinators, and architects to resolve design clashes.
- Permitting & Compliance: Secure zoning approvals, environmental clearances,



and building permits required for heavy commercial and industrial zoning.
- Resource Procurement: Order construction materials and secure heavy equipment logistics to prevent work delays.
- Safety & Quality Control: Enforce strict OSHA compliance and job-site safety standards tailored to high-risk industrial environments.
- Progress Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation and present regular budget, schedule, and safety updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering to be preferred), Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 15-20 years of dedicated experience managing commercial and industrial civil construction projects.

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of structural steel framing, reinforced concrete, deep foundation systems, and industrial site logistics.

Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or a PE (Professional Engineer) license is highly desirable.

Software Skills: Proficiency in construc on management and scheduling software and the ability to interpret complex BIM/CAD files. Proficient in drawing & layouts study.

Competencies: Proven track record of managing large subcontractor crews, robust contract nego a on skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
