PROJECT MANAGER – CIVIL

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead and manage civil construction activities for a township project. The candidate must have prior experience in commercial and residential construction projects with strong expertise in site execution and project management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall civil construction and project execution at site.
- Plan, monitor, and control project activities, timelines, quality, and costs.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and site manpower.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Review drawings, BOQ, measurements, billing, and material requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.




- Identify and resolve site execution and coordination issues.
- Prepare regular project progress and site reports.

Mandatory Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in civil construction/project management.
- Prior experience in commercial and residential projects is mandatory.
- Strong experience in site execution, contractor management, and project coordination.
- Good knowledge of construction processes, BOQ, measurements, and billing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project or Primavera will be preferred.

Preferred Profile Candidates with experience in township, commercial, residential, or large-scale infrastructure projects will be preferred.
