Project Manager - Renewable Energy Projects (Solar & Wind)

- Lead end-to-end execution of utility-scale Solar PV and Wind Energy projects from project planning through commissioning and handover.

- Drive project governance, project monitoring, milestone tracking, and timely resolution of execution bottlenecks to ensure delivery within approved timelines, budget, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Land Acquisition, EHS, Commercial, Finance, and O&M; teams for seamless project execution.

- Collaborate with EPC contractors, OEMs, consultants, vendors, utilities, and regulatory authorities to ensure achievement of project objectives and contractual deliverables.

- Monitor project schedules, resource requirements, procurement readiness, land availability, and statutory approvals.

- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, escalate critical issues, and ensure timely closure of project constraints.

- Review project progress, contractual commitments, commercial aspects, and recovery plans to maintain project timelines.

- Support commissioning activities, grid connectivity, power evacuation infrastructure, and successful project handover to O&M; teams.

- Prepare management dashboards, project reviews, governance reports, and MIS for leadership decision-making.





- Conduct regular site visits to review progress, resolve inter-functional issues, and ensure smooth project execution.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Full time B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.

- 10-20 years of experience in utility-scale Renewable Energy Project Management (Solar and/or Wind).

- Proven experience managing projects from planning, execution, and commissioning through final handover.

- Strong understanding of EPC management, project governance, stakeholder management, project controls, and execution coordination.

- Experience working with EPC contractors, OEMs, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commercial, Land Acquisition, and O&M; teams.

- Knowledge of Solar PV projects, Wind Energy projects, Substations, Transmission Systems, Grid Connectivity, and Power Evacuation infrastructure.

- Strong project planning and scheduling expertise using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalent Project Management certification will be an added advantage.

- Willingness to travel extensively to project sites.
