Detailed Be accountable for achieving the project objectives within budget, deadlines, and deliverable quality

Ensure the need is properly defined and validated

Ensure requirements are consistent with the selected needs and that the technology is feasible

Ensure the solution is suitable (including sizing) for all requirements

Prepare, consolidate, and validate estimates and the project plan throughout the project lifecycle

Ensure delivery, operability, and go-live of the solution

Identify and manage risks that may arise during project delivery, in coordination with all stakeholders.

Develop the mitigation plan for these risks, including the associated cost

Identify resource needs in terms of headcount and technical/functional skills

Based on delivery capacity (technical and human resources), identify the project’s impacts on strategic demand planning and adjust it as needed

Act as the primary point of contact for the entire project:





Act as the main contact with the project sponsor

Be responsible for communication to all contributors and beyond, as applicable

Contribute, where applicable, to the evaluation of team members by identifying strengths and areas for improvement
