We are looking for a senior Project Lead with 10+ years of experience in civil construction, repair & maintenance, infrastructure projects, or PMC/project management.

Experience required:

10+ years of relevant project execution experience

Strong experience handling civil/infrastructure projects end-to-end

- Experience managing multi-state projects is highly preferred

Solid exposure to contractors, vendors, consultants, budgets, timelines, quality and project monitoring

Prior experience with NGOs, foundations, CSR organisations or social-sector projects preferred

- Should be polished, professional and highly capable of managing multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to travel across project locations

CTC: ₹15–18 LPA

Base: Mumbai, with multi-state travel
