Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Head – Road & Infrastructure Projects who has a proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale road and infrastructure projects.

The candidate should have a solid Civil Engineering background and substantial experience in independently managing large projects, project teams, contractors, consultants, clients, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete leadership and ownership of large Road & Infrastructure Projects.
- Lead projects from planning and mobilization through execution and completion.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, quality, safety, and overall delivery.
- Lead large project teams and provide strategic and operational direction.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, clients, and government authorities.
- Monitor project progress, identify critical issues, and ensure timely corrective action.
- Oversee road construction activities including earthwork, subgrade, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, drainage, and associated road infrastructure works.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, MoRTH, IRC and relevant standards.
- Review project costs, BOQs, variations, claims, billing,



and commercial matters.
- Handle major technical, contractual, commercial, and execution challenges.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and project resources.
- Conduct regular project reviews and report project performance to senior management.
- Build, lead, and mentor senior project and execution teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and other stakeholders.

Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related qualification.
- 15+ years of experience specifically in Road & Infrastructure Projects.
- Must have experience heading large-scale road/highway/infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience managing large project teams and high-value projects.
- Strong experience in road construction, project execution, planning, contracts, commercial management, and quality.
- Strong knowledge of MoRTH, IRC and road construction standards.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Should be capable of independently handling major project responsibilities.
- Must be open to travel, relocation, and working at project/project-site locations as required.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be a senior Civil/Infrastructure professional with extensive Road & Infrastructure project experience, who has already handled large projects at a Project Head / Business Head / Senior Project Leadership level and can take complete ownership of project delivery
