We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our growing solar projects team in Kottayam. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in solar project execution, site coordination, technical supervision, and project management activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute solar projects from planning through completion.
- Supervise day-to-day project and site activities.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved technical specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at the project site.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Prepare project progress reports and maintain relevant documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and project standards.
- Support the Project Manager in achieving project targets and timelines.
Candidate Requirements
- B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Project Engineer in solar projects.
- Practical knowledge of solar project execution and site activities.
- Good technical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and team-working abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
