Job Title: Project Engineer

Job Purpose The Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of commercial construction projects. The candidate will coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, site teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and execute commercial construction projects.

· Monitor daily site work as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.

· Review drawings, BOQs, and work schedules before execution.

· Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

· Monitor project timelines, labour, materials, and site resources.

· Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.

· Check measurements, contractor bills, and work completion.

· Assist in preparing BOQs, estimates, and material requirements.

· Handle and monitor shore piling and rock anchoring work.

· Handle and monitor Post-Tensioned (PT) Slab work.

· Ensure proper quality and safety standards at the site.

· Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material delivery.





· Attend project meetings and prepare MOM and action points.

· Resolve site-level technical issues with consultants and senior engineers.

· Support snag rectification and project handover.

· Take independent responsibility for the allotted project from start to completion.

Required Qualifications & Experience

· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

· 7–10 years of experience in commercial construction projects is mandatory.

· Commercial project experience is mandatory.

· Experience in shore piling and rock anchoring is mandatory.

· Experience in Post-Tensioned (PT) Slab is mandatory.

· Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and AutoCAD is mandatory.

· Valuable knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, measurements, and site execution.

· Should be able to independently handle the complete project.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
