Shree Arvindbhai Maniar Research Center – Hiring for All Up Education System

We are seeking passionate individuals to drive education, student development, and technology-focused social impact through our All Up education system. No prior NGO experience is required—just a learning mindset and a willingness to contribute to holistic, burden-free student development.

1. AI Assistant – Educational Content

- Create AI-based educational explainer videos and digital learning materials to simplify complex academic concepts.
- Explore current AI tools to support teachers and enhance our tech-enabled education programs.

Requirements: Creative mindset, basic computer skills, and eagerness to learn AI. (Preferred: Canva, PowerPoint, basic video editing).*

2. Teacher & Student Mentor

- Act as a facilitator, coach,



and guide for students rather than just a traditional lecturer.
- Mentor students on self-study habits, time management (such as the Pomodoro technique), and personal goal setting.

Requirements: Excellent communication, patience, and a student-friendly attitude. (Preferred: Background in Education, Social Work, or Psychology).*

3. Project Coordinator – Education & Outreach

- Present our educational programs and initiatives to schools, colleges, and academic centers.
- Coordinate seminars, workshops, and student-development activities while maintaining institutional relationships.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
