Position: Project Coordinator – Interior Works

Job Purpose The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring interior fit-out projects from planning through execution and handover. The role involves close coordination with clients, designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day activities of interior projects and ensure smooth execution at site.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, work plans, trackers, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with Design, Site, Procurement, Accounts, Vendors, Contractors, and Clients.
- Review drawings, BOQs, material specifications, samples, and approved designs before execution.
- Follow up on shop drawings, material approvals, purchase orders, deliveries, and site requirements.
- Monitor project progress against planned timelines and highlight delays or potential issues to the Project Manager.
- Conduct regular site visits and coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Track material requirements and ensure timely procurement and delivery to site.
- Maintain records of site instructions, RFIs, approvals, measurements, work orders, and project correspondence.
- Assist in monitoring workmanship and ensure execution follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate resolution of site issues, design changes, material shortages, and execution constraints.
- Assist in preparing project progress reports, meeting minutes, snag lists, and handover documentation.




- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for rectification of defects and completion of pending works.
- Support project billing, measurement verification, variation tracking, and cost-related documentation.
- Ensure proper project documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform other project-related responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager / Project Head.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out, commercial/residential interiors, or construction project coordination.
- Good knowledge of interior execution activities such as civil, gypsum/false ceiling, flooring, carpentry, painting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand working drawings, layouts, BOQs, and specifications.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.
- Robust coordination, communication, follow-up, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and work with tight project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Profile: A proactive, organized, detail-oriented professional with strong site coordination and communication skills who can effectively manage multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth execution of interior projects. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
