We are looking for a Project Coordinator based in Pune to drive the smooth implementation of an education project across four schools for students with visual impairments in Pune.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with four partner schools and on-field trainers to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Visit all four schools at least once every two weeks and monitor implementation on the ground.
- Liaise with schools, trainers, students and other stakeholders, ensuring timely communication, follow-up and resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with the Next Skills 360 team and reporting manager as required.
- Track activities, timelines, attendance, assessments and documentation; prepare and submit project reports and updates.
- Proactively identify challenges, follow up and ensure commitments and activities are completed as planned.
- Create content and represent the organisation at professional events as required.
- Design and deliver online and in-person training workshops.
- Approximately 20% travel on a need basis can be expected.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently based in Pune.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar coordination/implementation role.
- Excellent communication in Marathi, Hindi and English; Marathi is essential.
- Comfortable working with and supporting students with visual impairments.
- Strong people coordinator and relationship builder who can work comfortably with multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive, action-oriented and ownership-driven; someone who gets things done on the ground without waiting for every task to be assigned.
- Able to manage multiple priorities without getting overwhelmed and independently follow through to completion.
- Good problem-solving, documentation, reporting and basic computer skills.
- Comfortable designing and delivering training workshops online and in person.
- Willing to work in consultation with the reporting manager and wider team while taking ownership of field-level implementation.
