1. Government & Stakeholder Coordination
· Obtain necessary permissions and approvals from Gram Panchayat, Block, and District-level government authorities for conducting health camps and community activities.
· Coordinate with Primary Health Centres (PHCs), Community Health Centres (CHCs), local health officials, and other government stakeholders.
· Maintain effective relationships with community leaders, local institutions, schools, and other key stakeholders.
2. Health Camp Planning & Execution
· Identify suitable locations and communities for conducting health camps.
· Prepare and maintain a monthly calendar of health camps and community awareness activities.
· Coordinate with the medical team, doctors, healthcare professionals, and support staff for smooth execution of health camps.
· Arrange required logistics, including venue, tables, chairs, drinking water, food/refreshments, electricity, registration arrangements, and other necessary requirements.
· Ensure that health camps are conducted as per the approved plan and project guidelines.
3. Community Mobilization & Awareness
· Mobilize community members and beneficiaries for health camps and awareness programs.
· Identify schools, villages, community centres, and other suitable locations for conducting health awareness activities.
· Organize and facilitate awareness sessions on relevant health issues.
· Coordinate with teachers, community leaders, frontline workers, and local stakeholders to maximize community participation.
4. Branding & IEC Activities
· Ensure proper project branding, visibility, and promotion at health camps and awareness activities.
· Coordinate the placement of banners, standees, posters, IEC materials, and other communication materials.
· Ensure that all branding activities comply with project and client requirements.

Program Monitoring & Reporting
· Monitor the implementation of health camps and community awareness activities.
· Maintain records of beneficiaries, attendance, activities, referrals, and other program data.
· Prepare regular activity updates and reports for management and the client.
· Share timely updates, photographs, documentation, and key achievements/challenges with the reporting manager.
· Identify field-level challenges and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
6. Event & Activity Management
· Plan and coordinate events and special activities related to the project.
· Manage end-to-end arrangements for project events, including venue, participants, logistics, branding, and documentation.
· Support the project team in organizing campaigns, awareness drives, and other community-based activities.
7. KSH Operations
· Manage and coordinate KSH operations as per project requirements.
· Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning and coordination of KSH-related activities.
· Maintain necessary records, documentation, and activity updates.
