Key Responsibilities
Project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
Coordination with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Quality, SHE, Procurement, Finance, etc.)
CAPEX budget and cost tracking support
Vendor and contractor coordination
Project documentation and governance management
Preparation of project reports, dashboards, and presentations
Risk, quality, and safety action tracking
Project handover and close-out documentation
Desired Qualifications Experience
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline
Experience in industrial projects, CAPEX execution, or project coordination
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project/Primavera (preferred)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Pharma, or Process Industry would be preferred
