Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations, client communications, and project timelines. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, strong multi-tasking skills under pressure, and the ability to communicate fluently in English, Hindi, and Kannada.

Key Responsibilities

- Client & Operations Communication: Efficiently handle inbound/outbound client calls and manage email correspondence in a qualified manner.
- Project Coordination: Assist in tracking project progress, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
- Problem Solving under Pressure: Handle customer queries, operational delays, and high-pressure situations with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project logs, prepare regular updates, and ensure clear documentation for management.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, or in a similar role.
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada (spoken and written).
- Location: Local candidate preferred (resident of Hubli or willing to commute daily).
- Skills: Excellent phone etiquette, strong business email writing skills, and proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office / Excel).
- Work Style: High resilience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits
