Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing project-related purchasing activities for Group and Local Plant, including sourcing, supplier development, cost analysis, and performance monitoring for C Parts (Motos and Pumps). Ensures compliance with PH Purchasing Policy, P11 standards, and ISO requirements while driving productivity and supplier development actions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage project purchases for Group and Local Plant.

- Identify and develop current suppliers for project components and C Parts.

- Handle RFQ, quotation, and cost analysis for project parts.

- Deploy PH tools at supplier end for sourcing actions (P11).

- Monitor QCD performance with suppliers for project developments.

- Manage all C Parts with Indian panel suppliers.

- Follow PH Purchasing Policy and P11 standards.

- Negotiate year-on-year productivity improvements.

- Establish and deploy project budgets for commodities.

- Implement WCM action plan and build YDP for C Parts.





- Ensure ISO compliance within the department.

- Manage PPM &
- OTD performance of C Parts suppliers.

- Coordinate with logistics and quality teams for supplier performance.

- Execute supplier development actions per Group guidelines.

- Other responsibilities as directed by Manager(s).

Qualifications &

- Skills:

- Education: B.E. in Mechanical or Production.

- Experience: 10 years in sourcing and supply chain management in manufacturing.

- Technical Knowledge: Casting, hot forging, heat treatment, turning, machining, and simple C Parts.

- Skills: Written & verbal communication, negotiation, computer proficiency.

- Attributes: Team player, willing to travel across India.
