Role & responsibilities

- Meet with clients to understand their needs and project objectives.

- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.

- Develop conceptual and detailed building designs.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the architectural, construction, and healthcare sectors.

- Travel extensively to meet prospective clients, architects, consultants, contractors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.

- Generate leads and convert them into architectural, healthcare, interior fit-out, and turnkey project opportunities.

- Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and propose suitable solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, developers, and healthcare decision-makers.

Preferred candidate profile

- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software is an added advantage.

- Robust knowledge of architectural drawings and construction practices.

- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- B. Arch with strong communication, networking, and business development skills
