Job Summary

We are looking for a

Project Business Analyst with knowledge of

MES, Process Automation, Industrial Automation, Software Development, and Project Delivery

. The candidate will work closely with customers, project teams, technical teams, and management to understand business requirements and ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and convert them into clear business and technical requirements

.

- Analyze and document requirements for

MES, Process Automation, and Industrial Automation projects.

- Coordinate with technical, software, automation, and project delivery teams

.

- Support project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.

- Prepare

BRD, FRD, requirement documents, process flows, and project documentation

.

- Understand industrial processes and identify opportunities for automation and digitalization

.

- Coordinate with customers for requirement clarification, discussions, and project updates.

- Support software development teams by providing clear functional requirements.

- Monitor project scope, timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations.

- Identify project risks, issues,



and dependencies and communicate them to the concerned teams.

- Support testing, commissioning, UAT, and final project handover.

- Prepare project status reports and management updates.

Required Knowledge / Skills

- MES (Manufacturing Execution System)

- Process Automation

- Industrial Automation

- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

- Project execution and delivery

- Business and technical requirement gathering

- Functional documentation

- Customer communication and stakeholder management

- Basic understanding of PLC, SCADA, DCS, or automation systems

- Understanding of databases, APIs, or software integration will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Engineering / Technology degree in

Automation, Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field

.

- Experience working on industrial automation or digital transformation projects

.

- Valuable communication and analytical skills.

- Ability to coordinate between customer, business, software, and engineering teams

.

- Willingness to travel to customer/project sites when required.
