We are looking for a Project Architect to join our team in Bengaluru. The role involves taking projects from concept development through execution and completion , with solid involvement in design, documentation, coordination, and site execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from concept to completion
- Manage and coordinate project teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors
- Develop and review drawings, details, and construction documentation
- Manage project timelines, submissions, and deliverables
- Conduct regular site visits and oversee execution and quality
- Ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction
- Resolve design and execution-related issues on site
Requirements
- B.Arch / M.Arch
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction
- Strong site execution and coordination skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and relevant visualization software
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in high-end residential projects will be preferred
