About the Role:

We are looking for a high-impact, data-driven Program Manager Supply Chain & Operations to lead complex, cross-functional programs that drive the end-to-end performance of our e-commerce operations. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of logistics, fulfillment, technology, and customer experience. You will be responsible for identifying operational bottlenecks, designing scalable processes, and executing high-stakes initiatives that reduce fulfillment costs and elevate customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Program Leadership & Execution: Own the roadmap, execution, and delivery of strategic supply chain programs (e.g., inventory placement, last-mile optimization, warehouse management system integrations, or network expansion).
- Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in warehousing, inventory management, and last-mile delivery to reduce costs and improve speed.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Product, Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse Operations, and Finance teams to bridge operational gaps and roll out new systems or features.
- Data Analytics & Insights: Build data-driven models and dashboards to monitor network health, forecast operational risks,



track SLA compliance, and evaluate cost-to-serve metrics.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, carrier networks, and vendor partners to enforce service level agreements (SLAs) and optimize operational capacity during peak sales events.
- Change Management: Lead cross-functional change initiatives, ensuring proper documentation, training, and operational readiness before major process shifts or technology launches.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 5+ years in Program Management, Operations Strategy, or Supply Chain Management—preferably within E-commerce, Retail, 3PL, or Quick-Commerce.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related field.

- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), TMS (Transportation Management Systems), and ERP solutions.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, stakeholder management, and written/verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, ambiguous environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) You Will Own

- On-Time In-Full (OTIF): Fulfillment and delivery SLA compliance.
- Cost Per Order (CPO): Reductions in handling, middle-mile, and last-mile costs.
- Order Cycle Time: Click-to-deliver duration across domestic and regional networks.
- Inventory Accuracy & Turnover: Minimizing stockouts and overstock costs.
