About the role

We're looking for a Program Manager to own and improve our online reputation across all platforms where guests discover, book, and review our hotels. You'll work across a large portfolio, partner with platform teams, and build the systems that keep our reputation solid and improving.

Responsibilities

- Own online reputation metrics across all platforms and drive consistent improvement.
- Design and run programs to strengthen how our hotels are perceived online.
- Monitor performance regularly and act quickly on issues.
- Work with platform partners to make the most of available tools and levers.
- Build simple, repeatable processes and reduce manual effort through automation.
- Report on progress to leadership on a regular cadence.

Requirements 35 years of experience in program management, operations,



or a related role.

Strong ownership — able to run initiatives end to end with minimal supervision.

Comfortable working with data; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. SQL or scripting is a plus.

Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and take initiative

Nice to have

Experience in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce/marketplace businesses.

Track record of building processes or tools from scratch.
