Lead and manage APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities for new product development projects. Prepare and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate with customers for technical discussions, project updates, and requirement clarifications.

Act as a single point of contact between customer and internal departments such as Design, Quality, Production, Purchase, and Supply Chain. Organize internal project review meetings and ensure timely closure of action items. Manage and coordinate for documentation related to APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, etc. with all functions Support prototype development, testing, validation, and product launch activities.

Monitor risks, delays, and escalate issues proactively. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per customer expectations.



Maintain MIS reports and project status dashboards.

Required Skills &

Qualifications Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Production Engineering. 4–5 years of experience in Program Management /NPD in automotive or manufacturing industry. Positive knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, Product Development Lifecycle . Strong communication and coordination skills.

Experience in customer handling and cross-functional team management. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
