Job Overview

We are hiring Program Advisors with experience in EdTech sales to counsel prospective learners and drive enrollments for certification courses.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective learners through calls and virtual channels.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable certification programs.
- Explain course details, advantages, eligibility, and other relevant information.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into enrollments.
- Achieve assigned sales and admission targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech.
- Experience in education/course sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, counseling, and convincing skills.




- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Candidates should be comfortable with both walk-in and virtual interactions.

Compensation & Work Details

- Salary: Up to 7 LPA + incentives, based on interview/performance.
- Working Days: 6 days a week.
- Sunday: Fixed off.
- Location: Mumbai & Noida.
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM.
- Interview Mode: Walk-in / Virtual.
- Payroll: LBO Staffing.
