Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Production Technical Officer to oversee dairy production processes, monitor equipment performance, and ensure smooth, effective, and safe manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise daily dairy production activities.
- Ensure smooth operation of dairy processing machinery and equipment.
- Monitor production parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality Control teams.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in production equipment.
- Follow SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech in Dairy Technology or relevant technical qualification.
- Knowledge of dairy processing equipment and production operations.
- Understanding of food safety and manufacturing standards.
- Basic ERP/SAP Knowledge
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in dairy, food processing, or manufacturing industries.
- Experience in dairy processing and production supervision is preferred.
Skills Required
- Dairy production process knowledge.
- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Production planning and team coordination.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety.
- MS Excel and production reporting.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
