- Floor Operations: Oversee assembly lines, assign staff to workstations, and monitor product flow to meet daily output goals.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict hygiene rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) safety protocols.
- Team Management: Hire, train, and mentor production workers, manage shift schedules, and address employee relations.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot machinery issues, fix bottlenecks in the workflow, and minimize product waste.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of production output, equipment maintenance, and safety checks. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
- Vehicle & Drivers handling
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Previous work in a food processing, manufacturing, or kitchen-industrial workplace.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
