:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily shop floor operations and ensure smooth production processes. The candidate will manage manpower, monitor production targets, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day production activities on the shop floor

- Ensure production targets are met efficiently and on time

- Manage and coordinate workers and allocate tasks

- Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to standards

- Maintain proper workflow and minimize downtime

- Ensure safety practices and proper use of PPE

- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams when required

- Prepare basic production reports

Requirements:





- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) with Industry experience or ITI with Fibre glass, FRP / Backallite molding

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in moulding processes (any field – FRP, plastic, composite, etc.)

- Basic knowledge of production processes (FRP/moulding experience is a plus)

- Leadership and team handling skills

- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
