We are hiring a Production Supervisor with experience in sheet metal manufacturing to manage shop floor operations, ensure production targets, and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production in sheet metal fabrication

- Handle processes like laser cutting, bending, punching, and welding

- Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are met

- Maintain quality standards and reduce rework/rejection

- Monitor manpower, machine utilization, and productivity

- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and planning teams

- Ensure safety practices are followed on the shop floor

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in sheet metal / fabrication industry

- Knowledge of laser cutting, CNC bending, turret punching, welding

- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

- Experience in handling operators and shop floor activities

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
