We are looking for experienced Production Planning Managers for a leading manufacturing organization.

? Locations: Patan & Pune

? Open Positions: 2

? Experience: 5–10 Years

? CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA

? Industry Preference: Auto Components / Glass Industry

Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor annual & monthly production plans based on demand and plant capacity.

• Plan and optimize capacity utilization to achieve production targets.

• Execute MRP and material requirement planning within defined timelines.

• Review material requirements and coordinate with the Materials/Purchase team for timely availability.

• Monitor production schedules, inventory levels and stocking norms .

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for new model/product production planning .

• Track production performance, allocation losses and actual vs. planned output .





- Analyze production variances and initiate corrective actions to improve efficiency.

• Support preparation of production budgets, BOM, yield and consumable requirements .

• Prepare and report monthly production results and performance metrics to management.

Key Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Production Planning / PPC / Material Planning

• Robust exposure to MRP, Capacity Planning & Production Scheduling

- SAP / ERP experience preferred
- Manufacturing / plant experience mandatory
