Role Description This is a full time Production Planning Engineer based in Hubli.

The Production Planning

Engineer will develop and maintain production plans, schedules, and capacity forecasts to ensure on-time delivery and optimal use of resources. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with manufacturing,



supply chain, and procurement teams to align material availability with production needs, monitoring work orders, and resolving bottlenecks or delays. The role involves analyzing production data, identifying process improvements, and supporting inventory management and demand planning.

The Production Planning

Engineer will also prepare reports, communicate status updates to stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Production Planning and Planning for schedules, capacity, and materials.
- Solid Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
- Effective Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Background in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, shop floor operations, and lean/continuous improvement methods.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
