Role Description The Production Supervisor – Lasting Line is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The individual in this role oversees day-to-day operations of the lasting line, including organizing workflow, assigning tasks, and monitoring staff performance to meet production targets.

Responsibilities include implementing production schedules, coordinating materials and equipment availability, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols. The role involves identifying process bottlenecks, resolving operational issues, and reporting on output and efficiency.

The Production





Supervisor collaborates with management and other departments to support continuous improvement and maintain clear communication across the production floor.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team coordination, performance monitoring, and mentoring.
- Candidates should possess skills in Production Schedules and Production Planning to allocate resources, plan shifts, and meet deadlines.
- Candidates should possess Production Management skills to oversee workflow, maintain quality standards, and ensure safety compliance.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear instructions, reporting, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience in footwear or manufacturing production environments and familiarity with lasting line processes are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced setting, with attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and basic computer literacy.
- Diploma or degree in production, manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
