Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Production Officer to manage day-to-day production activities, ensure smooth manufacturing operations, maintain quality standards, and achieve production targets as per company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day production activities as per the production plan
- Ensure timely completion of production targets
- Monitor manufacturing processes and production parameters
- Ensure production is carried out as per SOPs and quality standards
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Maintenance, and other departments
- Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and production documentation
- Monitor manpower utilization and allocate work to production staff
- Ensure proper handling and utilization of raw materials and packaging materials
- Identify production issues and coordinate for timely resolution
- Maintain production records, logbooks, and daily reports
- Ensure proper housekeeping,



hygiene, and safety standards in the production area
- Minimize material wastage and improve production efficiency
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance activities

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of manufacturing and production processes
- Knowledge of SOPs, GMP, and production documentation
- Strong team coordination and manpower handling skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- Good communication and reporting skills

Qualification

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- B.Sc / M.Sc
- B.Tech / Diploma in relevant engineering or manufacturing field

Experience

- 1–2 years of experience in Production / Manufacturing
- Freshers can also apply for suitable trainee/junior positions
- Experience in Pharma, or manufacturing plants will be preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
