Role Objectives

- Operate production machinery and equipment as per standard operating procedures.
- Carry out production activities according to the daily production plan.
- Monitor machines and equipment during operation to ensure smooth production.
- Follow quality standards and inspect products during the manufacturing process.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the assigned work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
- Report machine abnormalities, defects or production issues to the supervisor.
- Assist in basic machine setup, changeover and routine maintenance activities.
- Maintain required production records and documentation.

Required Expertise & Skills

- Basic knowledge of production and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to operate machines and production equipment.




- Basic technical and mechanical understanding.
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Attention to quality and safety.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
- Freshers willing to learn production operations are encouraged to apply.
