- Production Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations to meet delivery timelines for domestic and international government contracts.
- Large-Scale Floor Leadership: Apply best practices from high-volume environments to manage daily production, machine utilization, and manpower efficiency.
- Workforce Management: Directly oversee and manage a large production team, ensuring high productivity, discipline, and adherence to safety and labor protocols.
- Cost & Wastage Optimization: Implement rigorous cost-control measures and waste-reduction strategies. Monitor material yield and consumption to minimize scrap and improve margins.
- Technical Oversight: Supervise the assembly of complex technical apparel & gear (backpacks, sleeping bags, etc.), ensuring heavy-duty durability and precision.
- Inventory & Store Management: Oversee raw material stores and finished goods inventory to prevent stock-outs and production bottlenecks.
- Quality & Process Control: Establish stringent quality benchmarks and drive continuous improvement through Lean manufacturing principles.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
