- Overseeing all manufacturing operations, ensuring production process runs smoothly, efficiently & meets quality standards.
- Planning, coordinating, and directing production activities while ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory & policies.
Required Candidate profile
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing operations (with experience in Liquid, Cream & Ointment).
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Ability to handle the plant operations smoothly.
