INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS NON-NEGOTIABLE:
Candidates MUST have 5–10 years of hands-on experience specifically in Commercial Kitchen Equipment Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end production of commercial kitchen equipment. Plan production schedules and ensure timely dispatches. Lead shop-floor teams across sheet metal, fabrication, welding, assembly & finishing. Monitor productivity, quality, wastage and production costs. Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, QC and Projects teams. Drive SOPs, process improvements and shop-floor discipline. Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.
A hands-on production qualified who understands commercial kitchen equipment manufacturing from drawing to finished equipment and can independently drive a growing manufacturing operation.
