Production Manager – Trubekka (Rekhaus LLP)

Location: Bantala, Kolkata | Job Type: Full-time

Trubekka, a premium furniture brand based in Kolkata, is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our furniture manufacturing operations. If you have a strong background in furniture production and can drive quality, efficiency, and teamwork on the shop floor, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage day-to-day production operations at the manufacturing unit.
- Plan production schedules, allocate manpower and machines, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Coordinate with the design team to review drawings, cutting lists, and production requirements before execution.
- Oversee CNC operations, cutting, edge banding, drilling, assembly, and finishing processes.
- Ensure accurate and efficient use of materials such as plywood, MDF, laminates, veneers, and hardware fittings, and control wastage.
- Set and enforce quality control standards to deliver premium finishing on every piece.
- Supervise, train, and mentor production staff, including the Assistant Production Manager and workshop teams.
- Manage vendor coordination for materials, hardware, and outsourced work.
- Oversee machine maintenance schedules, troubleshooting,



and workshop safety compliance.
- Track production costs, timelines, and output, and report regularly to management.

Requirements:

- 6–10 years of experience in furniture manufacturing or modular furniture production, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production details.
- In-depth knowledge of plywood, MDF, laminates, veneers, hardware fittings, and finishing techniques.
- Proven experience in production planning, team management, and workshop operations.
- Strong attention to detail, quality standards, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects at once.
