Production Manager: We’re looking for a strong, hands-on leader to take ownership of daily production at our bakery manufacturing unit. You should be confident managing people, enforcing standards and delivering results with minimal day-to-day supervision.

Your responsibilities

- Lead the production team with explicit direction, discipline and accountability.
- Turn production plans into timely, efficient execution.
- Ensure approved recipes, processes and quality standards are consistently followed.
- Plan manpower, manage output and control wastage.
- Coordinate with stores and dispatch to ensure materials are ready and orders leave on time.
- Maintain accurate production records and clear daily reports.
- Resolve routine operational issues independently and escalate when needed.

What we’re looking for

- Proven production management and team leadership experience.
- Confidence to take decisions,



hold people accountable and follow through.
- Strong planning, problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Positive computer skills, particularly Excel, reporting and record-keeping.
- Bakery or food experience is welcome, but not essential. Strong production managers from other manufacturing sectors are encouraged to apply.
