We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day production operations, ensuring that products are manufactured safely, efficiently, on time, and according to quality standards. The role will be responsible for production planning, manpower management, productivity improvement, cost control, and coordination with other departments.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.

Achieve production targets while maintaining required quality standards.

Prepare and monitor production plans and schedules.

Manage manpower allocation, shifts, attendance, and workforce productivity.

Monitor machine utilization, production efficiency, and downtime.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and Dispatch teams.

Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

Reduce wastage, rejection, rework, and production costs.

Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures.

Maintain production records, MIS reports, and daily production reports.





Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with Stores/Purchase.

Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Train and develop production supervisors and operators.

Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and company requirements.

Investigate production-related issues and implement preventive measures.

Track KPIs such as productivity, OEE, rejection rate, downtime, and on-time production.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or a related field.

5–10 years of relevant manufacturing/production experience.

Robust knowledge of production planning and shop-floor management.

Experience in manpower and shift management.

Knowledge of quality and safety systems.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and production/MIS reporting.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
