About Us:

Dronify Global Inc, the company behind Grabenord and Wyterra, is growing its food and beverage manufacturing operations in Changodar, Ahmedabad. Our production scope includes fresh cheese, processed dairy and plant-based products, and beverages such as kombucha. Expansion plans include greater automation, fresh cheese and high-protein products expansion, and beverage scale-up.

The Opportunity:

We are hiring a Production Executive to lead factory-floor operations across two departments: fresh cheese and processed products, and beverages. You will turn production plans into safe, consistent output, lead skilled and unskilled workers, and maintain accurate daily records. Experienced dairy and food-processing consultants will provide technical mentoring.

What you will do:

· Plan and execute daily production, balancing orders, batch timings, materials, equipment and worker availability across both departments.

· Lead operators and helpers: allocate tasks, explain targets, train workers, address routine issues and maintain clear shift handovers.

· Manufacture fresh cheese, processed dairy/plant-based products and beverages according to approved recipes and SOPs. Monitor product-specific temperature, time, pH/acidity, mixing, cooling and filling controls.

· Manage production load, changeovers, absenteeism and breakdowns while maintaining food safety, quality and secure working practices.

· Follow GMP/GHP, HACCP,



applicable FSSAI requirements, cleaning-in-place (CIP) and sanitation procedures, including dairy-allergen controls and segregation for vegan products.

· Complete daily production reports and batch records covering material lots and consumption, output, yield, wastage, process checks, downtime and manpower.

· Coordinate with QA, Stores, Maintenance and Dispatch. Escalate deviations, respect QA holds and approved release procedures, and act on recurring production losses.

· Support supervised product trials, automation and future UF and beverage scale-up activities as projects progress.

Who Should Apply:

· Dairy Technologists or Food Technologists with 2–4 years of relevant production experience. Candidates with 2–3 years and proven responsibility for a shift or worker team are especially welcome.

· Experience in at least one relevant category: dairy, cheese, processed foods, beverages, fermentation or chilled foods, with willingness to learn the others.

· Sound fundamentals in ingredient functionality, heat treatment, mixing/emulsification, basic fermentation and microbiology, sanitation, storage and process controls.

· Ability to supervise skilled and unskilled workers, prioritise during peak production, perform batch calculations and maintain accurate Excel or ERP records.

· Practical problem-solving, clear communication, accountability and ambition to grow. Comfortable working onsite in Changodar under the agreed production schedule.

Additional Advantages:

Cheese/paneer, kettle processing, fermentation, filling, CIP, UF or semi-automated equipment experience; exposure to ISO 22000/FSSC 22000 practices.
