- Manage and supervise daily production/IT operational activities.

- Plan work schedules and allocate tasks to team members according to workload and priorities.

- Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of projects, orders, or deliverables.

- Ensure compliance with defined quality standards, SOPs, and company policies.

- Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and resource utilization.

- Coordinate with IT, technical, quality, purchase, stores, sales, and management teams as required.

- Identify operational bottlenecks and take corrective actions to minimize delays.

- Handle production-related issues, troubleshoot problems, and escalate critical matters to management.

- Maintain daily production/operation reports, MIS, and performance records.

- Track key performance indicators such as productivity, turnaround time, rejection/error rates, downtime, and delivery status.

- Ensure proper maintenance and availability of required hardware, software,



systems, tools, and other resources.

- Implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce errors, and optimize costs.

- Ensure adherence to information-security and data-protection procedures where applicable.

- Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve departmental targets.

- Conduct regular team meetings and communicate targets, priorities, and operational updates.

- Coordinate with clients/vendors when required for operational or technical issues.

- Prepare periodic reports and provide updates to senior management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
