Role Description The Production Incharge will oversee day-to-day production operations in the laptop assembly unit, ensuring targets are met with consistent quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, coordinating with engineering and procurement teams, monitoring assembly line performance, and optimizing workflows to minimize downtime. The role will also involve supervising technicians and assembly workers, enforcing safety and quality standards, maintaining production documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The Production





Incharge will collaborate with quality control to resolve issues, ensure compliance with manufacturing protocols, and support timely delivery for bulk and institutional orders. This is a full-time, in office role based at the Iconspiral Electronics plant in Patna, Bihar.

Qualifications

- Strong production planning and control skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Experience in electronics or IT hardware manufacturing, preferably in laptop or computer assembly environments.
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes, testing procedures, and adherence to industry standards and certifications.
- Team supervision and people management skills, with the ability to guide technicians and assembly staff and promote a safe work culture.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to address production bottlenecks, technical issues, and process improvements.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams such as engineering, procurement, logistics, and quality control.
- Familiarity with basic inventory management and coordination with supply chain for components and materials.
- Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in a production supervisor, shift incharge, or similar role in manufacturing will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills and the ability to prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
